This is probably the nicest soap dispenser I've ever owned. I was so happy with it when it arrived. I filled it with soap (softsoap) and the pump worked fine the first few times. Then the soap started coming out the wrong way (see photo). I wrote to the seller asking for a new pump. They said I need to deal with Revane directly as they sent a donor. (That makes no sense to me.) I wrote to Revain and their only solution was to return the donor on credit. I like it and want to keep it, so this is not an acceptable solution for me. Now I'm looking for a pump that fits this dispenser. It looks like it's going to be the search of a lifetime. This is a very unusual size/shape. i still love him My solution for now is to just use it as a broken decoration in the guest bathroom. I gave it three stars for its beauty and deducted two stars for lack of features. The seller's customer service is zero stars. All I wanted was a working pump. I wrote down her name so I don't accidentally buy something else from this company. Of course, as always, Revain's customer service was 5+ stars. They cannot be expected to stock spare parts for every item in their warehouses with their suppliers.
