I like the fact that the tunnel isn't too long so it's easy to maneuver and folds up for storage. An assembly is not required. The fabric covering is thick enough to resist tearing, but thin enough for a cat to play through and their claws won't really go through. Both holes are surrounded by sisal material so this is a great scratching post style area that my cat seems to enjoy using. The star/moon motif on the outside is glowing but very dim to me (despite being exposed to an average light source for over 12 hours a day). I LOVE it because it's just enough to see in the dark and not trip over it, but not bright enough to be distracting. My cat spends HOURS in it every day. He carries his toy into the tunnel and plays with it there, pouncing on anyone who dares to cross the passage. He agrees, so I agree. It's quite a big cat tunnel.
