I purchased this tarp as part of the Wise Owl hammock system and was not disappointed. It appears to be good value for money with some really good features for the money. Pros - Excellent stitching and edge stitching. Seems very strong. Water resistance is excellent. I liked the rope adjusters, ropes and the excellent Y-shaped pegs. The orange rope on the stakes is pleasant to the touch. Minus - this is not the lightest tarp, but for the money it's not a minus. The main thing for me is that I didn't like it. The bag is too small. So all the other bags of the Wise Owl hammock system are a good size. You know things go back in the bag after the first use. This tarpaulin, no. I had to use a different bag so that when I actually use it I don't have to fold it perfectly to put in my bag. You can't even put the peg pocket back in. This is really my only complaint, which is pretty minor. The tarp has withstood multiple heavy rains and winds on multiple trips. It's also great for shade anytime. I would buy it again. But actually Wise Owl, if you're reading this. Get a slightly larger bag, everything else about your system was great.
