In general, I really like the bag itself. I bought the olive green and it is beautiful. 2 large external zippered pockets for wallets, phone and keys. The zippers and pulls are strong. The interior is nothing special. It has regular hand pockets and one zip pocket. This is the first time I've bought a bag online and also switched from the traditional style to the backpack style, but I'm very happy with it.
