I understand how I sleep and only use a duvet and/or duvet three or four months a year, winter and winter. My problem with blankets is that I get caught in a vicious cycle: 1) I get cold and pull the blanket over me; 2) I'm getting hot and I take off the covers. This happens several times during the night and disturbs my sleep. This bamboo blanket is different. Although I'm not cold enough to use a blanket yet, I gave this bamboo blanket a try (and it was a warmer night than last week). I wore it for several hours and I didn't get overheated like I know from a normal blanket. I felt warm and although I finally decided to sleep the rest of the night without, I can already say it's perfect when the nights get chilly.
