If I could give these negative stars I would. What a colossal waste of time and money tonight and I will not be delivering my order tomorrow due to a broken container. I melted, cooled, and whipped the butter as usual, and when it got a little thinner than the consistency of mayonnaise, I filled the tubes. When everything was full, I realized that I had to refill them. I used an immersion blender for the first time tonight, so at first I thought it was just bubbles that settled and rose, making more room. Unfortunately, this was not the case as I soon noticed that the values were going down again. Each of them seeped through the plunger onto the tray they were sitting on. Making this is such a labor intensive process and by this time it was midnight and (I thought) I was only 5 minutes from completion. Instead I had to pour my tubes, using sooo much product in the process, and then continue for the next hour and a half with washing, brewing, draining, washing, boiling, draining, repeating, repeating, repeating in a futile attempt. to remove oil from under the piston so I can reuse them. At 13:30 I finally gave up and realized that I can't complete the order in time. In the first two photos, the containers are upside down before washing, trying to drain the oil back. The third photo after unsuccessful washing attempts. I've never been so angry about a purchase in my life! Does the manufacturer of these tubes expect us to fill them with SOLIDS?!?! Can someone from the company explain to me how to fill the tube without putting in at least a semi-solid liquid? I had to fulfill my order and receive the money tomorrow. Now I have no completed order and no money to buy new containers (which will not be here). Please do not buy from this company. total divorce. There are far better Revains out there that won't do this to you.
