These cartridges are problematic. Once installed as replacement cartridges, colors will no longer print accurately. I have performed several nozzle cleaning procedures but my printer has displayed an error to power off and restart. I spent about 90 minutes trying to figure it out and ended up replacing the cartridges with new ones - same brand - unfortunately those cartridges had the same problem. I contacted the manufacturer and they replaced the defective cartridges. I'm not sure if this will solve the problem. Try a different brand to see if that helps.
