Review on Kenroy Home 93013BS Bulletin Pendant Lights, Brushed Steel, 3-Light by Ken Perry

I needed a light above my dining table. I looked at these. Lots of great reviews. There are many negatives, especially in the tone. I clicked and ordered. I'm glad I did. It's a pretty well designed device. The flexibility in length allowed for the perfect height above my desk in 6 inch increments. Wiring was super easy. The assembly was a bit fiddly. The instructions were easy but there were a lot of parts and it was a little tricky to line it all up. If everyone would agree. There were no lightbulbs. I used 3 x 15W (100W equivalent) dimmable LED bulbs. Looks great from all dark to full power. The top is open and the vertical effect is to flood light into the surrounding space. All in all, this is a cute dining table at a great price. I had a small problem with the installation. An email about Thanksgiving weekend was answered fairly quickly. CSR reacted very quickly. She took the cars from what I needed and asked a few questions to get it right. Products aren't always perfect, but post-sale customer service is what makes a great company. I will buy from them again.
