I'm ordering a second one after using the first one for almost 3 years. Yes, it was the zippers that eventually failed, although the rest of the pack was still in good condition. I was looking for something this lightweight with good organizational compartments (love the cooler) but I keep coming back to this one. I really hope they update the zips if I ever have to buy another one. Edit: I removed a star. I got my second one and the fridge packaging is very disgusting (see photo). So I got a replacement and the same thing happened again! I think it's just an old item that has been sitting idle for too long.
