Not bad, but there are better speakers

What I don't like about the speaker is that it mutes the sound when there's silence during podcasts, the sound comes back after a second or two when speech is on can be heard, the sound will be choppy. The built-in microphone is bad. When I answer a call through the speaker, I keep being told that my connection is difficult to understand (it's a microphone). The sound quality is decent, the bass sounds thin. The declared power is 10 watts, but it sounds a lot less. The advantages are that the sound does not cut off when playing music. Turning the speaker up to something loud will help boost bass and extend battery life. I set my battery life (for podcasts) at 20 hours, maybe it's just my particular speaker. I have another Bluetooth speaker that is a bit more expensive but louder (with less power) and doesn't mute even during podcasts. I'm not happy with the podcast audio issue with this speaker, but the company offered to refund me some money. To be fair, I don't expect a speaker in this price range to compete with much more expensive competitors.

Cons
  • Old model
