The 20 " inserts fit my 18 " pillowcases perfectly!
According to the product size chart, I purchased 20" square pillow inserts to use in my 18" square Christmas pillowcase. They fit perfectly and are hypoallergenic (bonus)! I highly recommend these pillow inserts.
