This is actually a beautiful wax warmer. That's the end for me. The first had to be returned as it was used. I bought this heating pad after returning a used one and really can't stand it. I have to put both sides warmer so they are as hot as possible and the wax is barely thin enough to be applied to it. If I even try to adjust the dial to a cooler setting, the wax becomes rock hard. What a waste of money. I don't have time to go back so I leave it in my salon so the wax stays warm on standby if I run out. Now I have to buy another heater for regular use. Not good. All my previous Gigi heating pads have been great - no idea what happened to this model.
