Review on Wahl Groomsman Model 9906-717: Battery Operated Beard Trimming Kit for Precise Facial Hair Grooming, Mustache Trimming, and Body Detailing by Eric Castillo

We've been using Wahl's for years and even have one for the dog. This beard trimmer is 100% junk and I'm so pissed I probably should have waited until I'm cool to write a review but. I trimmed my husband's sideburns for years. He likes them so-so and couldn't find a barber who could do my job (only sideburns!) We just threw away our Mini Wahl - it lasted 6 years and was amazing! I went for the cordless/rechargeable and found this to be a good price thinking it would be a typical excellent choice product. NOT CORRECT. I used it for the first time tonight and it's awful! I had to go over and over in a small area to trim all of his hair - we're talking a few days of stubble as we trim his sideburns at least every 4-5 days to keep them looking fresh. After running the same area a million times, we gave up. More hair was plucked from the awful mechanism of the blades than I could cut with the trimmer. In the morning he goes to the hairdresser to clean up the mess until we get to the store to buy a new trimmer but it becomes no choice. I don't care that it was "only" $12, it's my money I work hard for and expect everything to work as advertised. The trimmer ends up in the garbage where it belongs.
