A very slight improvement. Strips are more efficient and cheaper.
My sister has used this gel and had good results so I was happy to try it. I think her luck came from starting out with pretty white teeth. I have moderate coffee teeth and neither my husband nor I noticed a significant difference after a week of use. I even used it with light (which my sister had in abundance) and didn't notice any lift off. If you're starting out with pretty white teeth, this might work for you. I've had more success with lightening strips.
