To be honest, I think it is tacky as anything, but my 4 year old thinks it is the best dress ever and she looks adorable in it so that’s all that matters! The quality was very good and it’s gone through a bunch of washes already.
- Purchased for my granddaughter, she absolutely loves it. The flamingo’s are adorable.
