I've used this 2 or 3 times. Always after showering and before bed. That works fine. I have mostly wavy hair and my hair usually gets a little frizzy. It worked fine for me. I don't like it and I don't hate it. Maybe I need more practice. It's definitely comfortable enough to sleep in, so that's a good thing. I like its simplicity. It's relatively easy for me to use and my hair looks better with it than if I hadn't done anything.
