Perfect for R170 SLK230. Appears to be very good quality. It's really important to install them in the four holes provided when using a jack on a facelift model with plastic side skirts. Even using a general purpose pad on a jack or tree will not prevent the plastic skirts from warping or tearing (and possibly slipping off the jack), and you will have to use other jack support points. I've installed and lost a few of these over the years and the photo here made me wonder if this is the wrong part. It doesn't really show everything with the plastic mechanism holding the rubber. It comes with all of this and if you look for the part number you will find other photos of what the whole build looks like. Pull out the middle pin all the way, twist it first if it almost doesn't want to come out. It's then fairly easy to insert a plastic part with four pins into the reinforced hole in the case and then push the plastic pin through in the middle to expand those four pins and hold the assembly in place.
