Good thickness and seemed like they would be warm, but must be sized for juniors. They were far too small and short. I'm an XS/00, 5'6 and they were so small I couldn't get them on all the way. I thought a previous review was exaggerating when they said you'd have to be under 100lbs to fit them, but that was not an exaggeration.
