A little over a year ago, I decided to purchase the set. Used in conjunction with a USB Type C docking station and a laptop. After making the transaction, there were no problems with anything. After being used for a while, the keyboard developed a habit of sometimes stuttering, skipping letters, and typing more slowly than usual. According to what I read, some customers were able to fix the issue by connecting the receiver to their computer using a USB extension cable. I also purchased an extension cord, and things appear to be functioning normally. When a few months had passed, the ordeal finally started with the use of an extension cord. After a little pause, the keyboard resumed typing again. In addition, the lag could last for several seconds at a time. In addition, rebooting the laptop, switching ports, reinstalling drivers, swapping batteries, and doing different dances with tambourines did not assist. As a direct consequence of this, the keyboard stopped working entirely, and I was forced to place it on a shelf. One month after the demise of the keyboard, the movement of the mouse started to become less precise. At the present, when you move the mouse, the pointer twitches in one location, and there is a delay when you hit the buttons. The driver provided by the manufacturer of the device is unable to view. I have no idea how to bring it back to life. This is the second Logitech wireless product that I've owned that ceased functioning after the first year. With the introduction of ball mice, I've been utilizing products made by Logitech. In addition, I have always believed the company's products to be the gold standard in terms of dependability. Disappointed.
