For those of us who prefer using bottles to water bags in the challenging conditions of the Alps. The only water bottle holder I've found with the right combination: Holds my 48oz Nalgene bottle (32oz and others work too), replacing the bottle is easy as the mouth stays open (critical for one-handed use) , switchable closure and many attachment options. It's meaty and well done. I searched numerous outdoor gear stores for a holder with this combination and dared to buy the one I couldn't pick up and place first. (Most are too flexible, have only one connection option or are too small). This time the game seemed to work.
