I was very excited about this product. I watched a few videos before trying it and even hired my mom to help but after an hour of fiddling we gave up. The pads under the eyes were awful and kept getting in my eyes and making them watery so we gave up on them and started over but then couldn't even get the pads to stick to my eyes. So we gave it up for the night and I put it off until I had some more time to really play around with it. After about a month I had a little time, so I canceled it again. I followed the instructions that came with the kit and was really impressed with how well everything went once I got the new glue for it. Well, the instructions told me to let each step sit for 8-10 minutes (I did 8 just in case). After that my lashes started to crunch which I put down to the fact that there was still glue in there as there was no cleaner in the kit! Then I woke up the next morning and my eyelashes were broken! I don't know why they include instructions for a different set! 8-10 minutes is way too long and no #4 detergent was included as the instructions say!
