I think soft cotton means fleece
This is fleece. Not what I wanted. They are very thick and warm. too warm for me I rarely wear them so I don't know how durable they are. If you want thick and very warm you can try this. They fit well.
- They look great on my husband and he loves the feel of these pajama bottoms. Who could ask for more?
