I think the company is very nice and cares about their customers and I know that one day this could just be a great product. I bought these and some of the flosses break so easily I need at least 2 to get the job done. Usually made out of cheap plastic containing fluorine and all sorts of unhealthy chemicals, one lasted several weeks. I will maintain a relationship with this brand because it's worth it, the idea is great. But I think the floss recipe needs to be tweaked. They sent me another package to see if it was the only batch I received but they seem to be doing the same. 5 stars for customer service, support and commitment to improvement, but 3 stars for product quality. So there are only 4.
