Absolutely unusable product, not suitable for use.
If the manufacturer specifies the maximum capacity of the elevator, then this must be the case; otherwise, it's just a faulty chair. The elevator has a nearly hollow cross with very thin stiffeners, and it has already begun to shred in the middle. I don't see the point in continuing to use it because there is already a crack in it and he is sitting so low on it that it is physically impossible for anyone to sit on it normally.
