Summary: This wireless HDMI kit is plug and play for the HDMI-to-HDMI monitors on my Windows 10 laptops. Power adapter included for the transmitter, since all it takes is cable to use the monitor. The transmitters can be powered via the HDMI connection or via the supplied micro USB cable. The manual is subtle but largely unnecessary. Note. This works with an HDMI monitor but not with an HDMI to VGA cable. My Experience: I got this HDMI wireless set from a company that sent me an earlier one. The manual is subtle, but I knew how it works from another one. I installed the receiver using an antenna, an HDMI to HDMI cable to the monitor and the included power adapter. The light came on. I connected the transmitter to the HDMI port on my Windows 10 laptop and the light came on. USB-A to USB micro cables are included and I connected one to the transmitter but it wasn't needed as it drew power through the HDMI connector. The laptop immediately recognized it as a display and I think I pressed a button on the transmitter and the monitor immediately came to life. I learned from my previous HDMI wireless system that this doesn't work with my HDMI to VGA monitors. Small Notes: It took them a few days to contact their support team, but then they responded. Also, while they provide a power adapter for the receiver and micro cables to power the transmitters, they do not provide USB power adapters for the micro cables. I have a lot of these so no problem.
