Don't try to buy! I used it for the first time today for 5 hours and it broke for me. I was walking with a cup of coffee in one hand and a phone in the other when I felt the strap just fall off my shoulder. Mind you, I had very loose straps, so the seams didn't pull or anything like that. So I walk through the train station with my hands full and nowhere to try to "fix" my new bag. The only thing I could do was hide it under my arm and go home, and at home nobody tries to take it away from me (nowadays people are desperate). So annoyed because it's a nice bag but what a waste of money. I would just say don't mind this bag. You don't want to end up like me and struggle to carry it until you get back home or wherever you go. So disappointed.
