The keyboard is unreadable

Add a clearly labeled backlit keyboard. It's not like this. The keys are designed for backlit use, but there's no light source. They are light gray with translucent characters that are almost invisible (see Asus keyboard and silver plaque). The ad also states that the Aloha bundle (mouse, mousepad, HDMI cable, etc.) is included, it is not in the package. The day after I returned mine for a refund, the wording in the ad was edited to omit the backlit keyboard and replaced with commentary about a number pad. It still shows the Aloha Bundle with the product photo. Luckily I took screenshots of the listed item before overwriting.

Pros
  • The 14-inch IPS anti-glare LCD ensures your content is crisp and clear. The new 4-lane NanoEdge display offers an impressive 85% screen-to-body ratio for graphics that draw you in. FHD (1920 x 1080) resolution delivers richly detailed images, while LED backlighting creates a thinner, more energy-efficient screen. An HDMI connection allows you to display videos and photos on an HDTV. The fingerprint reader is a fast and secure way to verify Windows Hello. Your identity without a password
