Updated review: I assembled the chair but had to use a wheel hammer which I wasn't expecting. However, the company is extremely customer centric and they have called me so many times to try and help me. I was very busy and they had to follow me to help me. I felt really bad for never being available. They offered me a refund and also offered to help me install it. However, I did not accept a refund as I was determined to make the chair work. When I had time to turn my attention to the chair, it looked good in my setting. I don't give 5 stars because there were missing parts and small aesthetic imperfections, but overall I'm happy with the chair. The design of the chair is a bit lacking in my opinion, but not essential. The frame that supports the seat is very narrow, probably to accommodate the large armrest. The reason I mention this is that sitting for a long time makes you feel like you're on a bar and you're uncomfortable because the weight isn't properly distributed. But in the short term it's ok. I've been working from home for a long time and that's the only reason I noticed it. Overall, however, I am satisfied with the product and will try other products from the company in the future. Original review: The chair is too difficult to assemble. The fabric looks good and feels comfortable. The part you sit on is darker than the back of the seat, so it's not exactly the same color (they use some black on the inside of the seat, which makes it look like a different color). The armrest and frame are some kind of heavy plastic, but there are some inconsistencies in texture (I had circle imprints). The instructions I received did not match the equipment list. I contacted the company and they replied that the tools provided can be used. Tried to assemble today and couldn't even put the wheels in. The base is steel which would be nice if you could mount the wheels without much hassle. I had to use a hammer. I was afraid to slow down the plastic wheels. I got 2 halfway and gave up. Decided to request a refund. I'm waiting for a reply from the shop. Update 2 hours later: I really needed the chair so I spent some extra time hammering the wheels to at least finish the assembly on one of the chairs. The chair is nice overall, but wobbles a bit when I sit on it. I understand it's rotatable but feels a bit unstable. This could be because the wheels weren't fully aligned, or the seat base sits on a piston that isn't attached to the base plate. I think our last chair already had a butt attached (I think) so it seemed safer. At this point I am still discussing a return. It looks like he won't be able to come back through Revain, which is a downside. However, I know the company is reacting, so I'll see what they say.
