I was pleasantly surprised to find a new sleeve in the mail today to replace the one I received a few weeks ago. While I liked the design and fit, the magnetic stripe didn't work and the iPad didn't turn off when closed. It wasn't that big of a deal, so I was more than happy with the occasion. However, it's nice to see a company stand by their product and replace cases that don't meet their standards. They automatically replaced all ordered cases with updated cases. I will buy from this company in the future!
