Updated Review: After not having a few sets I contacted the company. I have to say they have great customer service. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to fix the problem and they did! I received the last replacement today and am pleased to report that the missing parts have arrived. While it was definitely frustrating at first that I didn't have all of my parts, I really appreciate that they went out of their way to rectify the situation. As I said, the quality is excellent. I would recommend this to anyone looking for quality metal buttons. If you have a problem be sure to contact them and they will take care of you! Original Review: This is great quality but unfortunately lacked in detail. After contacting Amazon directly, they said they would send a replacement. I was assured that this time the missing parts (L1, L2, R1, R2, both springs) would definitely be included in the replacement. It was received today. Again, all the parts mentioned were missing. It's annoying. Apparently I'm far from the only person with this problem. That's ridiculous. What really sucks is that the buttons themselves (and of course the joysticks) are actually very good quality. They feel great. But I'm angry that I'm missing the parts I need. After two failures I will not buy again or even ask for a replacement. If you DO NOT NEED some of the parts and can handle a Franken Troller, go for it. Good quality.
