Review on Xerox Phaser 6510/Workcentre 6515 Magenta Extra High Capacity Toner-Cartridge (4 by Mike Pfettscher

I bought 2 of these toners for our law office. The former works sporadically, prints sometimes, but in most cases the print is blurry and unreadable. I bought Paralegal the 2nd one I bought and it is NOT different. Obviously either from a bad batch or just bad quality. I would like to return them but now I see that the return date was July 31, 2021. Serious?! I JUST bought them on June 29, 2021. This is VERY bad customer service. I want my money back.
