I bought this dual car charger for my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali. After installation, I noticed that the device slipped out of the charging socket while driving and switched off. I suspected that it was due to the vertical position of my charging socket. (I've noticed that most of the photos online show the charging ports either pointing straight down or at a slight angle.) I contacted the seller and they were very considerate and thought it might be a defective unit. Spring. It turned out that everything is fine with the block. This was my specific car socket. After adjusting (rotating) the device left and right while in the car socket, it "locks" firmly into the grooves that appear to be in the car socket, and now it works like a charm! 5 stars for excellent customer service and product quality!
