This is exactly what I was looking for. Very durable, beautiful cast iron with a superb finish. Soft feet protect the table top. I read other reviews complaining about poor packaging which resulted in it arriving broken. Since my order consisted of several items, everything arrived safely and undamaged in the box. However; If it had just arrived in a bubble envelope I would have seen how a rude carrier could damage it. With that in mind, it's well made and a good weight to hold your napkins upright. I would recommend and buy again.
