It runs small if you're kinda thick I'm 185 5/4
At first I bought the xlarge and it was to small so I said I would go for the 2x which I'm sure would have fitted just right but my husband convinced me to get the 3x since there was an adjustable strap and I can adjust how I wanted n for once he was right lol omg I love it and for some reason the 3x came with the matching underwear as the 1x didnt I'm so in love I will come back with pictures as I am wearing this for my Birthday july 16 thanks thanks extremely happy customer
