I have bought one of these before and there are many things I love about them. However, the very large label on the outside of the cup could not be removed without leaving traces of glue and paper. So I thought maybe it was coincidence and I recently bought another one and had the exact same problem. And I really don't want to use a $14 cup with a label on forever.
