I like its ease of use with customizing the fields we need for our daily work. It has helped us organize data from different sources into one platform which makes things easy. Also, they have recently added more features to make the system even better. They are very helpful at answering any queries related to their product. Their customer service team helps you get through them quickly if you encounter issues while using the software. While using this application, I haven't faced any major problem so far. However, some minor glitches do sometimes occur but it's easily fixed. We've been able to keep track of our inventory across various departments within the office.
