Okay. So I really really liked the material of these thigh trimmers. When I sticked them on they were really making my thigh area warm up and sweat which never happens and I was thrilled! But than . they came sliding down! Wouldn't stay up at all if there was any sweat or workout enhanced gel on it. I can't do any cardio activity with them without having to fix them every couple minutes from sliding! So. instead of returning them ans going through the hassle. I am just going to use them for my strength training excercises that involve me laying down to activate my thighs. Really disappointed.
