Great product from this brand. I buy one every two years. This year I decided to buy the short torso and it's fantastic. I'm only 5.2ft always buy the regular torso but felt it was too high but ok to wear. The short torso is perfect for my height. For ref my Meas. 33-27-38, bought XS. The short torso runs a bit small. I was only able to snap the first section normally I can snap the second. All good, I just love this WT. It really hold you in for a workout thought I wear this trainer all day. My posture is better and it really does train your wait to go back in place.
- Loved it wore it out. Purchased another one. I'm petite and xs is perfect.
- May cause sweating and discomfort during hot weather
