The ease of use, ability to customize it for our needs (and then add more features later), support from their team - we have never had any issues with them at all! We are able to create courses that meet many different requirements in one place without having multiple systems or applications installed around campus; this makes life much easier when trying to train students across campuses who may not be familiar w/ each other's IT setups / workflows etc., as well as keeping track & reporting easy while also being flexible enough if needed down the road.
