I like the fit, and the immediate warmth of the vest after you put it on. I wear it during work and it does bring on a sweat. No dislikes. I wear this vest to lose additional body fat during workouts and normal everyday activities. The vest is made from good quality Neoprene, good stitching, no problem using zipper or Velcro wrap (very good feature).
