We have gone through a few bottle warmers with our kids and they either warmed inconsistently or stopped working after a short while. When you're an exclusive pumper like I am you really rely on a quick bottle warming because you're basically "feeding" twice. This warmer does what it says: it heats quickly, consistently, it's easy to use, and I really love that it's large enough to accommodate 2 bottles (this is especially helpful for families with twins, I'd imagine). However, one frustrating element about this warmer is that there is no automatic shut-off. I will put in a bottle and by around 7 minutes, it's the perfect temperature. However, if I happen to be changing a particularly heinous diaper, chasing the toddler, or answering the door, the bottle can get scalding hot and I have to wait for it to cool to feed the baby. I really wish there was a timer function on this warmer, but that's my only complaint. Otherwise, it's a great product.EDIT: After a couple of months the unit stopped working. The fast warming button would not work and the unit it would shut off at least every other bottle. It would work eventually, but there has to be a short or something. Note, we keep it clean but have never submerged the unit and have taken great care to ensure water doesn’t enter the housing. Have requested a replacement hoping it’s just a lemon.
