EXTREMELY FRAGILE. When I first received the item it felt very heavy in my hands and appeared to be very durable. After the first use I found the product great and was very satisfied. After the 2nd use I stirred the drink very gently and a thin crack formed from the base to the top. Extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. I would like either a new product or a refund as this was only my second use of the product and it only broke during normal use.
