Quality control could be better
No idea how the cable came loose but otherwise ok. Fortunately, additional cables were included in the kit to solve this problem. Cable Mod is a premium cable maker. Cables must be tension tested prior to packaging. I was concerned that my other cables would be Janky quality, but I tested them and everything works fine on the PSU and PC.
