I was skeptical about them - they seemed like some sort of oddity but lately my eyes have been bothering me a lot. I work remotely and sit in front of a computer 3-7 hours a day and for the past few weeks I've been disoriented and my head is hurting a lot. I have a history of really severe migraines with neurological symptoms and too much screen time plus lack of water can be a trigger for me so I wanted something that would alleviate the inevitable ills associated with being online all day. It really works. , I can see them reflecting blue light back, and looking at the screen is noticeably less harsh. After using it, my headaches were down to once a week instead of every day and my eyes feel a lot healthier and more focused. I am truly amazed at how much they have helped me. Not only that, they also look pretty cute. I'm a freelance writer, and if I have to press buttons and baggy eyes at a screen all day, I'd better have a good pair of glasses. I feel incredibly dork in them!
