I bought them exclusively for the PS VR headset (pre PS5 VR version with PS5 headphones. For the future) and didn't think about the Measuring length from the inputs on the headset and headphones but knew it would only be a few inches. With a flat side entry and a straight entry, this cable is the perfect length, reducing cable length by a few feet, which is standard with most headsets and headphones. It's a little tricky to maneuver with the short cable as you have to rely on the feel of the headphone jack when you have VR on, but once plugged in it's the perfect feel and reduces the added weight and wobble of the cable. The headphone jack on the pair of RIG and PS4 Gold Edition headphones I have is in the same location and I don't see a problem with that.
