False advertising of care

The description says that there are 6 pieces in the packaging! Why would I pay $24.88 for a bottle when I can go to my local store and buy it for around $4-5! I see from the reviews many people have returned for the same reason. This is ridiculous - false advertising for sure. Buyer warning!
