I was looking for a replacement for the discontinued Skullcandy Titans and chose these because they are chrome plated. I like the Titans because they're so strong and they're the best I've found in the same price range from Skullcandy. They are chrome plated, so they are more durable than plastic ear cups and fit the ears very well. The sound quality is good for the price, not first class but quite satisfactory. I was disappointed to see that they came with a case instead of a metal case. The metal case is very helpful in preventing them from getting tangled or crushed. I wish the Titans weren't discontinued, but there's a good replacement. The only thing I don't like is switching to a different case, but there are no issues with the earbuds themselves and I highly recommend them if you want a quality pair of headphones at an affordable price.
