Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Elephantito Golfers Oxford Shoes for Infants, Toddlers, and Little Kids by Dean Love

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Precious shoes but terrible experience

These shoes are adorable but that's the only good thing about them. They were sent to me first in a clear plastic bag, without the pretty elpantatito box like the brand has. Simply thrown into a spiked bag for packaging. and it looked like the shoes had been worn before. The laces in each shoe were tied differently. Between a peeling Insider sticker and the lack of a shoe box, I really had to wonder if I bought an actual pair of Elphantitos. If they are genuine I believe they have at least been purchased and returned (unwrapped) which is always disclosed with Revain purchases and items are discounted accordingly. Not in my case they were sold brand new and at full retail. The second problem I had was that they are very small. Looks like 2 sizes too small. I bought 5 thinking I would buy a size up and that they would be big and have plenty of room for him to grow, but his toes went to the bottom of the shoe. Shoes could not be worn either. I haven't had this problem with any of his others. I know babies can take them off etc but they literally keep popping out. Eventually I stopped wearing them and let him wear the socks for the rest of the day. quite frustrating that I paid $60 for a pair of shoes and we can't even wear them until they (barely) fit because they won't stay on his feet. He had enough room to grow, but his toes reached the bottom of the boot. Shoes could not be worn either. I haven't had this problem with any of his others.
