Only one fits in-ear headphones

I received these a few days ago. I opened the package and charged them for about an hour and when I tried to sync them to my phone only one worked and I tried unpairing and re-pairing thinking my phone wouldn't pick up. But after trying many different things for about 3 hours I can only get one thing to work. The one that works sounds great and is decently comfortable, but only having one just sucks.
