Review on Tunze 8850 000 LED Full Spectrum by Barbara Freeman

I bought two of these lights and a moonlight controller after replacing Kessil LEDs with a t5 light. Very smooth installation and automatic cycles of the moon phases. The light has very little dedicated "moonlight". I found it didn't produce enough light for my liking, but the controller has an easy-to-use option to set the default lighting to work as a moonlight. The only criticism is the flickering of the light at very low settings. As the moon phase approaches the new moon cycle, a slight flickering, similar to a backlight, appears. I find it tolerable and it only happens two or three nights out of 28. I also wish the controller app would work with a Mac. I ended up buying a windows computer just to program the controller. Controllers sold separately. In general I am satisfied and plan to keep it on my tank.
